Our Materials Division features an independent testing labratory accredited by AASHTO Materials Reference Labratory (AMRL), Concrete and Cement Reference Labratory (CCRL) and by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). Illinois Construction & Environmental Consulting, Inc. Materials is a signatory to the Material Testing Technician and Drillers Labor Alliance with the International Union of Operating Engineers - Local 150. Our key personnel have a combined 47 years of extensive professional experience in the material inspection and testing industry.
